The automatic group for rolled bread suitable for small and medium productions. It works easy hard and soft daughs.

The conveyor belt has a loading dough capacity of 30 Kg.

The dough cutting occurs with an anti-stretching system for a delicate treatment of the dough.

The hourly production is from 3.000 to 6.000 pieces. Both the first and the second moulder have 4 rollers.

The second moulder can be adjusted angular.

A side-belt allows to take the pieces after the divider for the coupling to other machines or the hand-working.

 

The main feature of these groups is the combining of a rotary divider and two moulders in just one machine, guaranteeing a high level production rate of various forms of rolled bread in considerably reduced spaces.

Thanks to the innovative solutions , these modern latest generation groups work both hard dough and softer dough , with a wide range of weights to choose from.
